Sara A. Al-Emadi is a Research Associate at the Qatar Computing Research Institute (QCRI). Her research work focuses on deep learning, reinforcement learning, machine learning, artificial intelligence (AI), unmanned aerial vehicles technologies, anti-drone systems, network infrastructure, computer networks, and network security.

She obtained an MSc in Computing and a BSc in Computer Engineering from Qatar University. Her MSc thesis was focused on designing a drone detection and identification system using machine learning techniques.
